All products sold by The Crafty Bee, LLC are for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Our soaps and body care items are handcrafted made with carefully chosen, skin-loving ingredients. Crafted with a focus on quality, safety, and performance and while we carefully formulate each product, individual skin sensitivities or allergies may still occur.
Please read the full list of ingredients provided on each product page prior to purchase. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, perform a patch test before full use. If irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if needed.
Keep all products out of reach of children and pets. Products containing essential oils may not be suitable for pregnant or nursing individuals-please consult your doctor before use.
By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions and understand that The Crafty Bee, LLC is not liable for adverse reactions or misuse of products.
Please note: Each bar of soap is handcrafted in small batches, and as a result, variations in color, swirl patterns, and design are completely normal. These differences are part of what makes handmade soap unique and special.
Refund/Return Policy
For safety and sanitary reasons we do not accept returns. Our goal at The Crafty Bee is to meet your expectations and deliver quality products. In order to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, exchanges and/or refunds to original payment method may be an option based on circumstances. Should you experience any issues or concerns with your order, please email admin@thecraftybee.co and include order receipt, photos of the product, and any other additional necessary details. Our products are handmade in small batches using high quality, natural, organic ingredients without any unnecessary preservatives or additives. For best results, use products within 6 months of purchase. All ingredients are listed on each product page. To maintain the freshness and integrity of all products, avoid adding anything, including water, and store it in a cool, dry place. It is recommended to conduct a patch test prior to using products. Should you encounter any adverse reactions, stop use immediately and seek advice from a healthcare professional.
No refunds will be given based on scent. Also, note that even unscented soap will have a slight scent due to the ingredients used. No added fragrance or essential oils are added to the unscented soaps. On occasion, an unscented soap bar may absorb scent based on the soap surrounding it on the curing rack. Not only do all people have different skin types but we also use different water (soft, hard, etc.). Both factors will affect how our handcrafted soap (designed to be more luxurious for the skin instead of just cleansing) will bubble and suds and also affect how our skin feels after use. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
